The article provides great statistics and numerical evidence of how obesity has affected America and the number of adolescents involved.

The article is has a use of many citations to many different articles that are credible as far as the information of obesity. The use of labeling is the main point of this article as far as how it has made a difference in the US and how the other counties should also implement this requirement of calorie labeling in all fast food restaurants. This regulation is only a voluntary regulation that most fast food restaurant have adopted across the country. This regulation also referred to as regulation 81.50, has been adopted by the United Kingdom and is recommended to all other countries with the fast food restaurant.

This is the city if New York taking action against the rise of obesity as a whole. The article also talks about how McDonalds feels the legislature is abusing their power by banning drinks over 16oz. Along with McDonalds, Coca Cola also feel as if this banned is unneeded as targeting the people for their argument against the use of this banned.
